Nikki Torres
Nikki Torres is a reporter and occasional weather forecaster at FOX 13 News.
Working in Seattle is the conclusion of her TV journalism tour around the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from college, she started her professional career in Medford, reporting and weekend forecasting for southern Oregon and northern California. Following that stint, she moved to eastern Washington to report, associate produce and forecast in Spokane.
Her last stop was Portland, where she was a weather anchor KATU News This Morning on weekends and reported on stories during the week. In Portland, Nikki earned two regional Emmy Awards alongside the morning show.
She is a loud and proud Coug, graduating from The Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University.
Nikki is a born and raised Washingtonian. She's more than excited to be back in the Emerald City and report on stories affecting the region she grew up in.
