Green Hill Riot

In newly obtained security footage, a lone Green Hill juvenile detention facility employee is in a wing with eight inmates when a riot breaks out. It's one of several videos obtained by the FOX 13 Investigative team that uncovers the true nature of what's been unfolding inside of DCYF's facility for it's oldest juvenile inmates.
