A young father was found murdered inside of a cart in Bellingham, Washington. Now, his family is begging for people to come forward with answers. A 15-year-old boy was killed in Renton and prosecutors say the suspected killer was also the suspect in a drive-by shooting in November. He was on electronic home monitoring for that alleged crime.
