SEATTLE – The Seattle–Tacoma International Airport is preparing for a record number of passengers next week. Eight thousand to be exact. But the airport has added some things to make your travel experience as smooth as possible.

  • When going through TSA, travels will be greeted by digital displays with estimated wait times.
  • Sea-Tac also improved their TSA line configuration
  • Volunteers will be available to help get you to your gate.
  • You’ll find more workstations and new seating with built-in power and USB outlets.

Even with the new improvements, you are asked to give yourself extra time to get to the airport.

As for crowds, you can expect Sea-Tac to be busiest on Wednesday just before Thanksgiving, as well as the following Sunday and Monday.
