LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Two men were arrested as suspects in the shooting death of a man who was found early Tuesday outside of an apartment complex parking lot at the 16700 block of Larch Way.

The two men, ages 19 and 24, were booked into the Snohomish County jail for first-degree murder and several outstanding warrants, the sheriff’s office said.

“At this time, it does not appear that the suspects knew the victim, who remains unidentified,” the sheriff’s office said in a news release.

The Snohomish County medical examiner will release the identity of the victim, the sheriff’s office said.

Several people called 911 early Tuesday morning to report that they heard gunshots around 1 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 16700 block of Larch Way. When deputies arrived, they found a man in his 20s dead at the scene.
