Accused car prowler: Help identify, stop crook targeting visitors to Seattle's Lincoln Park

WANTED IN SEATTLE -- Detectives hope you can stop a car prowler targeting visitors to Seattle's Lincoln Park. Watch the video police say shows him at the Target store in Westwood Village within minutes of stealing a woman's purse out of her car.

This is the second time he's been caught on camera at the same store wearing the same jacket and hat following a car prowl. Detectives are really hoping someone can identify him and have a warning. "So this guy's not going to stop,” says Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “He knows how to break into these vehicles so please, please, please keep your valuables out of site.” He was driving a blue or green Chevy Suburban.
