LANGLEY -- When you think of West Coast wines, you probably think of Napa, Willamette, Eastern Washington, or Woodinville.

But what about Whidbey Island? There are 7 wineries here, and Ken and Virginia Bloom's "Blooms Winery" in Langley is one of them. With the exception of the California Cabernet grapes they get from Ken's brother, this winery gets all of their grapes from our state!

Stop by their tasting room, and you can even sign up to help bottle the wine in their production facility just down the road in Freeland- where they make 100% of their wine. Check out what happened when I spilled some trying to bottle it (I swear, I was MUCH better by the end of the morning) and see how they get their award-winning wine ready for the masses!  Learn more by clicking HERE.
