Man hit, killed by Amtrak train in south Seattle

trainSEATTLE — A pedestrian was struck and killed Thursday night by an Amtrak train at 4th Avenue South and South lander Street, police said.

No one else was injured.

The age and identity of the victim were not immediately released. And no details were immediately released.

Passengers who wanted to leave the train were transported by bus.
