survivalMUKILTEO, Wash — A Mukilteo company has a plan to help people survive the next tsunami.

Survival Capsule LLC. and IDEA INC., shipped a specially designed capsule to Tokyo, Japan to show potential investors that a round sphere the companies built could survive a natural disaster.

It’s designed to be strong enough to protect you from the impact and debris from a natural disaster. Some models of water-tight capsule can fit up to ten people. It also doubles as a shelter until help arrives. It comes equipped with music, lights, air tanks, GPS and a toilet.
