Construction workers stretch, yawn to improve work site health

constructionTACOMA — Construction workers at the Tacoma General Hospital don’t always find it easy to wake up in the morning.

But a new program initiated by Sellen Construction has workers on their toes — literally — each morning.

Every morning at 7.a.m., construction workers with Sellen undergo mandatory stretching. And while their was some hesitation among the hard-hat wearing men, workers have gradually warmed up to the routine.
