Seattle Mayor says police staffing is a 'crisis'

Election results will be filtering in Tuesday evening, and at the top of mind for many voters is public safety. Seattle has seen an exodus of officers over the past two years and, before she leaves office, Mayor Jenny Durkan is trying to fill the ranks back up.
