Sunny and dry for most across Puget Sound area, but cold, cold, cold through rest of week
SEATTLE -- Overnight temperatures drop well below freezing through the rest of the week. In fact, some of our daytime highs will stay around freezing, making it the coldest days of 2016.
The good news? It will be dry and mostly sunny for most of us Wednesday through Saturday.
But there will be some snow Wednesday afternoon over the south Cascades, and a few towns in the foothills, like Enumclaw or Mossyrock, will see a little snow then.
Saturday starts out dry but ends up with some rain. Since the snow levels are very low, some towns in the higher elevations will see snow Saturday night into Sunday morning.
Sunday afternoon looks like passing rain showers for the lowlands but snow for the mountains.
