FUGITIVE CAPTURED November 28, 2016 —
Richard Hall was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on Monday.
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office says Hall’s arrested stemmed from first being contacted during a traffic stop earlier this month. Hall gave a different name and deputies did not have enough to arrest him, but they followed up on the information given at that time, were able to positively identify Hall, then located him on Monday and took him into custody.
The Sheriff’s Office says Hall maintained during his arrest and even on his way to jail that he was someone else.
Hall was booked on:
- Department of Corrections hold
- 2 counts of burglary
- 3 counts of protection of cemeteries
- Identity Theft
- Theft 3rd
- City Assault-Domestic Violence
- New charges of possession of controlled substance and Identity Theft
