A glimpse inside old Seattle Times building, destroyed by squatters

SEATTLE -- Police cleared dozens of squatters from an abandoned building that used to house the Seattle Times on Wednesday, just the latest effort to remove trespassers from the premises.

It took hours to locate and remove those hiding inside, some of whom had turned old offices into bedrooms.

The interior of the historic building was in shambles. Looters spent months striping copper wire, brass, and almost anything of value.

Q13 FOX’s Brandi Kruse and Photojournalist Brandon Davis were given an unrestricted tour inside.
