Police: Man wounded by gunfire in Everett

EVERETT - Everett Police are investigating a possible drive by shooting that wounded a man and damaged a business late Monday night. Everett PD spokesman Aaron Snell told Q13FOX News that police responded to a reported shooting in the 500 block of West Casino Road around 10:45 p.m.

Police found a man in his 20s with at least one gun shot wound to his leg. The injuries were described as non-life threatening, Snell said.

Police think the shots were fired by someone who fled the scene in a vehicle. Snell confirmed that there had been several shootings in this area previously.

This is a developing story which will be updated when more information is available.
