SEATTLE — Despite weeks of warnings and reminders, many still chose to take Interstate 90 westbound to Seattle Tuesday morning, regardless of bridge closures that brought traffic down to one lane.
We’re keeping an eye on the traffic, and keeping you updated with the latest news on the backup with our live blog below.
The morning drive is over and things went reasonably well. We’ll be back tomorrow morning to help you get through things! Thanks for following along today.
Other Traffic in the area —

We’re seeing reports that 520 and the 520 bridge are WIDE OPEN. Better to buck up and pay the toll. You certainly don’t want to be stuck in that #I90to1 backup.
