Forecast: Break in the rain ends tomorrow

SEATTLE -- A weak area of high pressure has offered us a break from the record rain that fell yesterday -- 0.73” was measured in Seattle as of late last night.

Tomorrow will offer our next shot of scattered showers as a cold front pushes through the area. North sound and the foothills could pick up 0.50”-1.0” of new rain, whereas the central and South Sound will likely see more like 0.25” on average.

Most of this rain looks to wrap up late Saturday night into early Easter Sunday morning. Highs on Sunday will be near 61 degrees.

It looks like we can enjoy some ‘dry time’ through Monday evening.

Have a wonderful weekend!
