SEATTLE — The Seahawks have whittled down their roster to the NFL-mandated 75-man roster limit.

Seahawks who were placed on reserve or the unable to perform list include wide receiver Percy Harvin, defensive end Greg Scruggs and corner back Tharold Simon. Linebacker Korey Toomer was placed on the reserver/non-football injury list.

More cuts will have to be made next week to get down to a 53-man active roster for the regular season.
