    SILVERDALE, Wash. — It happened Tuesday afternoon in the front yard of the boy’s home on Apex Road Northwest.     SEABECK, Wash. — Three teens were killed on Sunday morning after a rollover crash on a Kitsap County road. A fourth teen, the driver, was arrested after being treated for minor injuries.
