    SEATTLE — A transgender woman has filed a civil lawsuit against her bank, saying they denied her service over the phone because she sounds like a man.     NORTH BEND, Wash. — Interstate 90 over Snoqualmie Pass was reopened in both directions Thursday night, after a daylong closure because of avalanche danger.     SEATTLE (AP) — Dick Spady, the co-founder of Dick’s Drive-In whose string of classic burger joints have become a ritual for many in the Seattle area, has died. He was 92.
