CAPTURED: Spokane County fugitive Joshua Johnson arrested in Skagit County

FUGITIVE CAPTURED May 9, 2020 --

Joshua Johnson was arrested and booked into the Skagit County Jail on May 9th.

The convicted felon was wanted for breaking federal probation on a fraud conviction in Spokane County.

He's being held without bail on his federal warrant.
