Centralia police: Man killed, woman injured in knife attack

CENTRALIA, Wash. — Authorities say a man is in custody after a person was killed in Lewis County.

Centralia Police said in a release Tuesday evening that officials responded to the 1100 block of S. Pearl Street, between W. Van Buren Street and South Street.

A man died and a woman was injured in a knife attack. Police said a man was arrested and no other suspects were being sought in the case.

The incident remains under investigation.
