Woman dead, man in custody after SeaTac stabbing

SEATAC, Wash. -- Authorities say a woman has died and a man is in custody after a stabbing Tuesday in SeaTac.

It happened at an apartment complex in the 3000 block of S. 208th Street, east of Pacific Highway S.

The King County Sheriff's Office says the woman was found with several stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 59-year-old man was taken into custody and has been booked in jail for investigation of murder, according to King County Sheriff's Sgt. Ryan Abbott.

Officials say the stabbing was a domestic violence incident. A 4-month-old infant was at the apartment with the two and is now in the care of Child Protective Services.
