SEATTLE — Mayor Jenny Durkan on Thursday announced that she will convene a working group to address concerns raised by the business community that the criminal justice system is doing nothing to hold repeat, violent offenders accountable for their actions.

The mayor made the announcement in an interview with Q13’s Brandi Kruse, and also spoke in-depth about the frustration from some community members that the homeless situation as a whole has become untenable.
