Gabriel Rodriguez: Domestic Violence assault suspect arrested on Valentine's Day
KENNEWICK -- High-violent gang member, Gabriel Rodriguez – a.k.a. ‘Bugsey’ was arrested on February 14th and booked into the Benton County jail.
He had a Department of Corrections Felony warrant for his arrest. Rodriguez had 2 felony warrants out of Franklin County Superior Court for Non-Compliance of sentences and has 2 new warrants for 2 new charges for Simple Assault/Domestic Violence out of Benton County District Court. Officers say he assaulted his ex-girlfriend in Richland and then ran before police and DOC arrived to arrest him.
Rodriguez is being supervised by the Department of Corrections for a 2014 conviction out of Franklin County for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver / Methamphetamine where he went to prison.
