Special Olympics torch on its way to Seattle, with some help from law enforcement

SEATTLE - The Special Olympics torch, also known as the Flame of Hope, is on it's way to Seattle.

Members of law enforcement are now running the torch across the state.

Q13 News' Matt Lorch spoke with Rex Caldwell, who is on the Washington Law Enforcement Torch Run Executive Council, about the torch's journey.
