Dog that escaped PetSmart grooming station is home safe

Good news update. Bentley, the 2-year-old puppy who escaped from a Puyallup PetSmart grooming station on Monday is back in his owner's arms.
"I just want you to know that because of all your help with the media I now have Bentley back! I am so very grateful for everything," said Patricia Borgstrom told Q13 News.
Borgstrom said her Pomeranian and Siberian Husky mix was being walked from the petshotel to the grooming station at PetSmart on 1201 31st Ave SE in Puyallup when he broke his collar and ran out the door
On Thursday, dogs who specialize in search and rescue missions walked around the area near PetSmart.
PUYALLUP, Wash. -- Patricia Borgstrom says her dog, Bentley, was being walked from the petshotel to the grooming station at Petsmart on 1201 31st Ave SE in Puyallup when he broke his collar and ran out the door Monday.
"I just want my baby back home. He's my world and my emotional support!!" said Borgstrom.
Bentley, a 2-year-old Pomeranian and Siberian Husky mix, is chipped with Home Again and has a vision problem with his left eye. It is half brown and half blue.
“We’re committed to doing everything we can to help find Bentley. Our local store teams have formed a search party, created flyers and are currently exploring the use of tracking dogs to help locate him. We’ll continue to be in close contact with Bentley’s pet parent during this time," said Erin Gray, Senior Corporate Communications Manager with PetSmart.
But late Wednesday night, Borgstrom told Q13 News in an email: "There was no place to set a humane trap by PetSmart. Also, because he has been gone since Monday the success rate for tracking Bentley is so low the tracker doesn’t think we should even attempt it. So really I’m back to square one and I have no idea where my dog really is or what truly happened to him."
