High blood pressure is considered a silent killer which is why it's important everyone gets it checked regularly.   Dr. Mary Ann Bauman with the American Heart Association stopped by the Q13 studio to walk us through why understanding blood pressure is important, what those numbers really mean, and the right way to check your own blood pressure.
