Meade was arrested in May on suspicion of robbing a gas station at gunpoint.

On Dec. 5, Meade is accused of breaking a window above the door of his cell and climbing out. When deputies arrived in the area, they say Meade picked of a piece of the broken mirror frame and held it to the neck of another inmate.
