Chris Reykdal to be state’s top educator, now the tough work begins (VIDEO)

Chris Reykdal will be Washington’s next superintendent of public instruction. His statewide race was so close it took weeks after the election to call, Reykdal winning by about 1 percent.

Now the difficult work begins for Reykdal starting with getting state lawmakers to fund K-12 public education, something the Supreme Court has ordered them to do.
