FUGITIVE CAPTURED November 28, 2016 --
Daniel Partida surrendered and was booked into the Yakima County Jail on Monday.

FUGITIVE WANTED BY DOC IN YAKIMA COUNTY November 18, 2016 --
Beating up his father is what Daniel Partida was convicted of last year.

He claimed he was “blacked out” and didn't remember doing it.

Now, he's breaking probation on the assault in Yakima County.

Department of Corrections officers say he's got a history of heavy drinking and resisting arrest when he's loaded, so there's a safety alert for officers searching for him who think he may have fallen off the wagon.

Attacking his dad is just one of the many crimes he’s been busted for, including multiple more assaults, harassment, robbery, burglary and dealing drugs.

He's 47 years old, 5’8” and weighs 190 pounds.

Officers think he's still in the Yakima area.
