Dashcam video shows crash that shut down I-90 Tuesday morning

ISSAQUAH, Wash. -- Video from the dashcam of a semi shows firsthand a crash that briefly blocked all lanes of westbound Interstate 90 Tuesday morning near Issaquah.

According to Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson, four vehicles were involved in the crash around 8 a.m., including a car, a semi, a dump truck and a Jeep.

Dashcam video from the semi truck's perspective shows a white car in the left lane cut in front of the semi truck in the middle lane as traffic begins to slow down. The white car is pushed into a dump truck in the right lane and then spins back across I-90 hitting a Jeep in the left lane.

Johnson said one person suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.

Troopers are reminding drivers to slow down and be aware of your surroundings.
