Q: What do I do if I think the person pulling me over is a fake police officer? - Mike

A: "If you have any doubt about whether a police officer is legitimate, you can ask for their Commission Card. Many agencies have policies in place where they do require the officer to carry this card with them. I can tell you this is Duvall Police's policy. Now, if you're still in doubt about whether the police officer is legitimate, you could call 911 and simply ask and they could verify that for you." -- Duvall Police Sgt. Lori Batiot
