Happy Dog-O-Ween!

SEATTLE -- Happy Dog-O-Ween! About 250 people showed up to Dog-O-Ween in Belltown Saturday for the annual doggy costume contest and pet party.

Caspar Babypants entertained the crowds and pets all day.

2nd Avenue through 5th Avenue along Bell Street Boulevard was closed to traffic during the festival.
