Man sues Domino's after pizza never arrives; gets $1,200

A man in Australia was so upset his Domino's pizza was never delivered, that he sued the company.

Tim Driscoll ordered three pizzas, two garlic breads, and two sodas for a holiday gathering last year.

According to an Australian news website, he called Domino's when his food never arrived - and was told they were busy and couldn't deliver the pizza.

He says they promised a refund, but he never got it.

Over the next 18 months, he man says he called to remind Domino's of the refund and they told him they were investigating.

He sued for $9,000 and was awarded $1,203.27.

No word on what Driscoll plans to do with the money.
