2 wounded after home invasion in Thurston County

THURSTON COUNTY – Thurston County Sheriff’s office is investigating after two men were wounded during a home invasion.

The sheriff’s office responded to the 4000 block of 15th Avenue NE Sunday night on reports of shots being fired.

Two men were transported to Providence St. Peter Hospital in critical but stable condition.

One man had a gun shot wound and the other had graze gunshot wounds and stab wounds.

It is unknown how the men were injured and if they were homeowners or suspects in the home invasion.
