SEATTLE — If you have to get to work this Labor Day, or if you are hoping to take public transportation to avoid a parking hassle downtown, you will need to plan your route a little differently than most Mondays.

King County Metro Transit is operating on a Sunday/Holiday schedule for Labor Day, which means some routes are closed entirely, and there are fewer buses running on the routes that are open.

You can click here to plan a trip using metro transit, or check the holiday schedule here.
