Marvin Easley: Convicted high-risk rapist who preys on developmentally disabled women -- wanted in Pierce County

EASLEYWANTED IN PIERCE COUNTY --
Marvin Easley is a dangerous, convicted rapist who preys on developmentally disabled women.

He's wanted in Pierce County for failing to register as a sex offender.

He's tagged a level three -- the worst of the worst -- and highest risk to re-offend.

Easley is a serious threat and a serial stranger rapist -- totally unknown to the woman he was convicted of raping in 2011 and another woman he raped in Indiana in 1990.

"We want this guy bad, because this is a guy who’s been convicted two different times and both times the victims were disabled, adult females, so that makes people that are very vulnerable around him possibly another victim and we don't want that to happen, so we want to find out where he's at and where he'll be living and keep him monitored, like the law states, so we don't get another victim,” says Pierce County Det. Ed Troyer.

This isn't the first time he’s failed  to register as a sex offender: He was convicted for the same crime in Pierce County in 2008.

If you can tell deputies where to him, call an anonymous tip into Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS, or use the P3 Tips App to submit your information.
