TACOMA -- Lawmakers and family members gathered at Pierce County's Crystal Judson Family Justice Center on Thursday to mark its 10th anniversary.

The center was built in honor of Crystal Judson, who died after her husband shot her in a Gig Harbor parking lot.  For 10 years, the center has been a safe place for victims of domestic violence.
