Puyallup residents warned to be on the lookout for 2 armed burglary suspects

PUYALLUP, Wash. -- Police are asking residents to be on the lookout for two armed burglary suspects who escaped Friday afternoon.

Authorities said around 2:10 p.m. they were looking for one suspect near 14th St SW and West Pioneer and for a second suspect near 12th St NW and W Main Ave.

Police released this photo of the two suspects.



Officers said the search had ended around 3:20 p.m. but the suspects had not been located.

Police said the suspects crashed this U-Haul vehicle into a backyard in the 1200 block of W. Pioneer and then ran.



During the search, residents were asked to stay inside and lock their doors while officers searched the area. Police later said it was safe for residents to leave their homes.
