'Stimulant Suspect': Woman with coffee in hand, cigarette in mouth caught on camera stealing packages from apartment complex

WANTED IN SEATTLE --
Coffee and cigarettes aren't enough stimulant for our next suspect -- seems she needs to heighten her rush by stealing people's packages.

Check out the surveillance video showing the thief with the red hair at an apartment complex in Seattle. She puts her coffee up on a ledge and keeps a smoke hanging from her mouth as she goes on to swipe nearly a dozen packages from the mail room.

Detectives say she snuck in through the garage door as a resident drove off.

That apartment complex has some great cameras in place that I'm sure is really going to help someone watching tonight help take her down.

"She's got a cigarette hanging out of her mouth, kind of  her hair up in a bun, you look at her distinctive clothing. You look at her facial features, she has some very distinct makeup on her face, so she's not going to be hard to identify, it's just that somebody needs to give us that name,” says Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.
