HOGANFUGITIVE CAPTURED April 10, 2016 —
The Department of Corrections says Aaron Hogan was arrested for shoplifting and booked into the Franklin County Jail on Sunday.

FUGITIVES WANTED IN TRI-CITIES March 25, 2016 —
“Scooby” is the street name High-Violent Offender, Aaron Hogan, goes by.

He has more than 50 convictions on his rap sheet and has been imprisoned in three states.

Now he’s wanted in Franklin County for possession of meth and possession of a stolen vehicle. He also has a Department of Corrections warrant for breaking probation on two felony drug busts.
