LYNNWOOD, Wash. -- Neighbor Andre Braxton was driving home down 185th Street Thursday afternoon when she saw two young girls run from a home and smoke coming from the house.

Braxton ran into the home, ripped down some burning blinds, then grabbed a garden hose and doused the flames.

"I got down on the ground and did a little bit of a John Rambo act ... grabbed the blinds that were on fire  and just ripped them out the back slider," he said.
