Police looking for masked man who masturbated at UW students' front door

SEATTLE - Police are trying to find a masked man who was caught masturbating outside some University of Washington students' front door twice over the course of the last few months.

Police said the first incident happened Jan. 10, when one of the women called 911 to report the man had been masturbating outside the home near N.E. 52nd St. and 12th Ave. E.

Then, on Feb. 7, a surveillance camera captured the man covered head-to-toe except for his hands and genitals. He was wearing dark clothes, what appears to be a white hood, and toe shoes.

The residents say they've heard strange sounds around the house several times, and police said the man might have gone to the home as many as four times since November.
