Photographer offers glimpse inside Seattle’s homeless crisis

SEATTLE — Photographer Tim Durkan is perhaps best known for breathtaking images that capture the beauty of the Seattle’s skyline, but his lens has also captured a darker side of the city he loves.

Durkan has spent years photographing the city’s homeless and drug addicted, each image offering a unique glimpse inside the lives of those who call the streets of Seattle home. On Q13 News This Morning, Durkan discussed his perspective on the city’s homeless crisis and what he thinks it will take to overcome.
