Good luck getting Seahawks season tickets - but here's how you can get single-game seats

SEATTLE – If you were hoping to snag Seattle Seahawks seasons tickets this year, don’t hold your breath.

The team announced its 2016 ticketing information, and said that 99.6 of last year’s season-ticket holders renewed their packages.

The good news, though, is that the team “recaptured” 1,350 tickets from ticket brokers that will be redistributed to fans as season-ticket upgrades.

The team will again send single-game tickets in two go-rounds.

The first batch, which will be 2,400 tickets per game will be “dynamic” priced tickets that will be sold through ticketmaster.com. Dynamic pricing allows teams to adjust prices in real time based on demand.

The second batch of 3,400 tickets will be sold at the CenturyLink Field box office. Those will be sold for $66, which the Seahawks say is the average of the lowest ticket price in the NFL.
