School district: 5 Seattle high schools receive hoax threats

SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle school officials say five of their high schools received what Seattle police are calling a hoax "robo-call."

Four schools were already out for the day when the call came in Wednesday afternoon. Police went to all five schools to investigate and found nothing of concern.

The schools called were Roosevelt, Ingraham, Nathan Hale, Ballard and Garfield.

School district spokeswoman Stacy Howard says after-school activities continued as usual.
