SEATTLE – Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett has hired Marshawn Lynch’s former agent, Doug Hendrickson, the Seattle Times reported on Wednesday.

Bennett reportedly fired his longtime agent, Drew Rosenhaus, last week.

Lynch is the only player in the John Schneider era to extract significant contract concessions out of the Seahawks with more than a year left on his deal.

Bennett is two years into a four-year, $28.5 million contract.

After reportedly considering a training-camp holdout last summer, he instead reported and made his first Pro Bowl.
