Police arrest 2nd suspect wanted in connection with deadly shooting of Federal Way teen



FEDERAL WAY, Wash. -- The second teenage suspect police were looking for in the murder of 16-year-old Wesley Gennings turned himself into police on Sunday.

Diante J. Pellum, 14, turned himself into Federal Way police around 6:30 p.m.  He was taken into custody without incident and is being held at the King County Juvenile Detention Center pending formal charges.

On Feb. 13, Federal Way police were dispatched to the Taco Bell restaurant parking lot at 2031 SW Campus Drive.  Gennings was found dead inside of his vehicle.  Witnesses reported seeing two suspects flee the area.

Police arrested a 16-year-old male on Feb. 18 also believed to be connected with the crime.
