Fire chief on 'The Jungle': 'We can make it a safer environment'

SEATTLE -- Seattle Fire Chief Harold Scoggins joined "Q13 News This Morning" to discuss how the city plans to address Seattle’s infamous homeless camp, nicknamed "The Jungle."

Scoggins had previously stated that his firefighters would not be allowed to respond to calls in the 3-mile, 150-acre encampment without backup from police.
